Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn was born in America. Her best-known role is Skyler White in her role on the AMC show Breaking Bad, for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and in 2014 in the category of Outstanding Supporting actress in a Drama Series. She played Jean Ward and Martha Bullock and Martha Bullock, respectively, on The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and discovered her love for acting while attending Preparatory School. In the late 1970s, the family moved to Ohio. Theatre studies were through Northwestern University. A semester was completed at the British American Drama Academy. Anna spent a few seasons performing in Chicago theater before transitioning to television and film. Anna was cast as Arden on Down the Shore in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. The actress continued to make appearances as a guest star in a few TV series and movies, including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue until the late 1990's, when she was cast in a recurring role as Jean Ward in The Practice. Martha Bullock, a character that she played for a period of two seasons on Deadwood's season two. Skyler was the character she played in Breaking Bad. Sully was another of her characters. Gunn played in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production produced by David Schwimmer. In 2022, Gunn was a part of a four-part audio-play show known as "Numbered days". The story of Breaking Bad is driven by the relationship that exists between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their uneasy relationship. The decline of their relationship is akin to Walter White's last days.
